Community Projects
The markets are where people meet us; these are the things we run for the community between them — for the children, for our elders, and for anyone who wants to learn or to give.

Urban Kidpreneurs
their first stall
A market of their own, where children run the stall, handle the money and meet their first customers — the next generation of small business, starting early.

Golden Oldies Luncheon
for our elders
A five-course sit-down afternoon for the over-55s, held at Lal Qila in Morley. An afternoon to catch up, make new friends, and be looked after.

Zakaah for Women
learning to give well
A ladies-only session on the rulings, etiquette and calculation of zakaah, held at the Amherst Community Centre.
Homeless Blanket Run
winter, met with warmth
Blankets bought and distributed to people sleeping rough in Perth, funded straight from market proceeds.
