Insurance

Stallholders need public liability cover for market days. If you do not have your own we can usually cover you for a small fee — we will tell you the amount when we come back to you. Food, cosmetic and henna vendors need their own.

On the day
Before you send this

Your stall

  • Your own stall space, roughly 2m x 2m.
  • Marketing on the Urban Pop Ups social media pages — we need your logo and a short business description for this.
  • A contribution from your fee goes to Urban Foundation charitable causes.
  • Bring your own tablecloth if you are using a table.
  • Clothing vendors should bring their own rails or display stands.
  • Professional presentation and clear signage are expected.
  • Take your packaging, boxes and rubbish home with you — the venue bins are not for vendor waste.
  • Leave your space as you found it, with tables and chairs packed away.

If you need to cancel

  • 30 days or more before the event: a $50 administration and advertising fee is charged.
  • Within 30 days, down to 14 days before: 50% is refunded.
  • Less than 14 days before the event: 25% is refunded.
  • The day before the event, or on the day: no refund.
  • A space cannot be held until payment is arranged.

Do you need Urban Pop Ups public liability cover for the day?

A small fee is added if you need it, and we will tell you the amount when we come back to you. Not available for food, cosmetic or henna vendors — they need their own cover.
